It will get marked as delivered to the facility but not actually be there. You'll get a contact who's supposed to be the agent on your case, but the number they give you will never work. They are never able to tell you where your pod is or when it will be delivered. 10-14 days becomes 3 weeks, then 4, then more. The problem is always the same, a broken axle or transmission. This is the first time you find out they don't even ship the pods themselves, they hire a 3rd party, a great excuse for why they have no control and can't do anything. ![]() Then you're told something happened with the truck, and there's been a delay. You can never reach anyone on the phone for an update or any info without dealing with phone-system hell and multiple hour wait times no matter when you call. Then you get charged the full amount, even though you could swear that the salesperson said you'd only pay on final delivery. Things keep going fine as they drop off your container and pick it back up on time. ![]() 10-14 days at most, at a price that seems great given the original quote. Then they give you a time frame and set up dates but promise that those are just place holder dates and that it always gets there early and when it does you'll get a call and can schedule a much earlier delivery of your stuff. Everything started well enough, they pick up the phone right away and the salesperson on the phone lulls you in with a big discount when you balk at the original $5k quote, taking it down by a thousand or so. We just had the worst experience with this company. ![]()
